High-Efficiency Centrifugal Tube Bundle Separator

Share:

A gas-liquid and gas-solid separation solution that combines high efficiency, high processing capacity, and low operating and maintenance costs.

The high-efficiency centrifugal tube bundle separator is suitable for applications requiring simultaneous gas-liquid and gas-solid separation.

Working Principle

(A) Gas containing impurities enters the high-efficiency centrifugal tube bundle tangentially.

(B) Under the action of centrifugal force, entrained solid particles and liquid droplets are driven toward the inner wall of the centrifugal tube bundle.

(C) The separated solid particles and liquid droplets settle along the inner wall of the tube bundle and are collected at the bottom of the separator.

(D) The purified gas, free of solid particles and liquid droplets, passes through the annular center of the tube bundle and exits from the top.
